About me

My name is Jana Hubinkova. I was born on 3 May 1975 in the Czech Republic. I studied psychology at Charles University in Prague. So as not to get lost in the field of abstract terms about the human soul I also studied Physiotherapy.

I was interested in astrology since adolescence. At the age of 25 I divorced. At that time, I visited a professional astrologer for the first time. Fascinated by his perfect description of my personality and this sad situation which I was, according to him, heading for anyway I started intensive study of astrology.

As I was working as a physiotherapist, I was experiencing human suffering both physical and psychological every day and so I started offering my astrological service.

Three years later I was giving my astrological service to my clients, their friends and friends of their friends.

By that time, I had opened my own business and placed an astrology service alongside massage, physiotherapy and exercising. I have been practicing astrology since 2003.

Astrology is an empirical doctrine based on long-term observation of the relationship between astronomical phenomena and events in the human world.

The position of stars and planets at the moment of our birth influences our character and our destiny (Wikipedia). No one is good or bad according to the position of the stars. People have more or less dynamic (difficult) aspects which make life more or less complicated. However, each dynamic aspect has the potential to be turned into a creative or powerful urge. Astrology shows both sides of each aspect which gives a choice to the individual. The subject’s will always play a great role in his/her life.

A horoscope is an astrological chart or diagram representing the positions of Sun, Moon, planets, astrological aspects and sensitive angles at the time of an event (birth) in a specific place on Earth (Wikipedia).

Something more about my work

Astrological consultation is based on a horoscope from which a dynamic interaction between a client and astrologer is developed. A horoscope is not static. Experiencing a horoscope varies with time. The same aspect is perceived differently in young age and in older age. Many women say their life improved after their forties. This is because they started to use their Sun star potential. This is one of many examples. If we are using our potential given by the Universe, we can be happy and healthy individuals.

Some people are able to use given talents from very early age but others have to work very hard to get there. An astrologer is here to encourage a client to find his/her unique potential and fully use it in life.

I am adding basic numerological analysis and Osho Zen Tarot cards to astrological consultation. Tarot cards are not used for prediction of the future but as a mirror of the actual setting of a client’s subconsciousness.

We can discuss Transits, which is one of the main astrological means used to forecast future trends and developments. They are based on a comparison of the ongoing planetary movement and natal chart of a particular individual.

Transiting movements of the planets indicate phases in the individual’s life when the potential shown in the natal chart will be given opportunities for development, whether through favourable or unfavourable circumstances. No planetary aspect brings a fate that cannot be counteracted in some way and some benefit derived from it – what actual events happen are largely dependent upon the freedom of choice of the individual (Wikipedia).

A horoscope for solar return (Solar horoscope) is the horoscope for the date and the time in a certain year when the Sun returns to its exact position as in the natal chart. Solar horoscope is used to suggest a course of events during the required year.

At the end of Transits analysis, I am adding Progression which is the other means used to forecast future trends. It is based on the system known as „a day for a year“ and shows the main trends for each subject’s age.

A very interesting subject for most people is Synastry which describes the relationship between two people. It is the comparison of two people’s charts to assess compatibility in any or all areas of their personalities and lifestyles. The conclusions will help them reassess their relationship if it runs into difficulties or just look at their partners more objectively (Parker’s Astrology).

It can be applied to any kind of relationship: emotional, friendship, business, parent – child, siblings.

To be more accurate I am using an analysis of Composite at the end of Synastry. Composite is the other astrological means used to determine compatibility of two people. It is created from midpoints of two natal horoscopes.

With a written horoscope, clients get all-inclusive analysis of the Birth chart (Synastry or Transits). The analysis contains the wisdom lying behind the astrological symbols and clients can learn from it and come back to it anytime.
